کبھی ایسی لكڑ ی کی نمک دانی ہر گھر میں ہوتی تھی ۔
جو گاؤں کے درکھان بناتے تھے ۔
اس میں صرف چار خا نے ہوتے تھے ۔
دو خا نوں میں نمک مرچ رکھی ہوتی تھی
تو دو میں کالی مرچ یا گرم مصا لحہ ۔
مگر کھانا بہت لذیز اور صحت بخش بنتا تھا
تب نیشنل کے رنگ برنگے ڈ بے گھروں میں نہیں پہنچے تھے ۔
بچپن میں بہت شوق ہوتا ہے لڑ کیوں کو کام کرنے کا
جب کبھی یہ نمک دانی ہاتھ سے چھوٹ کہ گرتی سب کچھ مکس ہو جاتا ۔۔۔
تو اسی وقت کچن میں چھپا دیتی اورڈر کے گلی میں کھیلنے نکل جاتی

بچپن میں اکثر کنفیوز رہتا تھا کہ اے ایمAM اور پی ایمPM کا مطلب کیا ہے؟
تو آئیے معلوم کرتے ہیں ۔
دنیا میں وقت کے 2 نظام کام کررہے ہیں جن میں سے ایک ملٹری ٹائم یا 24 گھنٹے کا سسٹم جبکہ دوسرا 12 گھنٹے کا ٹائم کیپنگ سسٹم۔

ملٹری سسٹم میں اے ایم اور پی ایم کی ضرورت نہیں کیونکہ اس سسٹم میں ایک سے 23 تک نمبر استعمال ہوتے ہیں، یعنی نمبر دوبارہ دہرانے نہیں پڑتے، جس کے لیے دوسرے سسٹم میں اے ایم اور پی ایم کو استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔

انگلش بولنے والے بیشتر ممالک میں اے ایم اور پی ایم کو دن اور رات کے وقت کو ظاہر کرنے کے لیے استعمال کیا جاتا ہے، مگر وہاں بھی بیشتر افراد کو علم نہیں کہ یہ دونوں کن الفاظ کے مخفف ہیں۔

تو اگر آپ کو بھی اس کا علم نہیں تو جان لیں کہ اے ایمAM لاطینی جملے ante meridiem کا مخفف ہے جس کا مطلب دوپہر سے پہلے یا بی فور نون ہے۔

جہاں تک پی ایم PM کی بات ہے تو یہ لاطینی جملے post meridiem کا مخفف ہے جس کا مطلب دوپہر کے بعد یا آفٹر نون ہے۔❣️❣️
