We will discuss CPR, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and ROI; these terms are confusing to all of us.
โจWe can measure our sales through these metrics, but if I am running engagement, traffic, and leads ads, then metrics such as impressions, reach, engagement, and amount spent matter a lot!๐
โจLet us talk about the impressions. The more your ad is displayed to the same person, the more it is counted as an impression. ๐
โจWhereas the reach ๐is the same as your impression, it is only counted when your ad gets displayed to a new user!
Now let's get back to other metrics that help us understand ad performance effectively.
which is cost per result, it's an average amount spent to get one result, such as a sale or conversion.
โจamount spent|ad spend->> the money you spent on Facebook ads in the past time span ๐ท๐ท๐ท
โจ CTR, or click-through rate, is the number of clicks on your ad after it is shown to people ๐ฅ. If it's less than 3, then you should deactivate your ad and focus on ad creatives!
โจCPC, the cost set by the advertiser if his required action, like a click or conversion, is completed ๐ฅ
โจ CPA, the amount Facebook charges from big brands to show their ads to their potential customers!! (cost per acquisition).
โจROAS: Let's assume you spent ยฃ50 on an ad, and you get a profit of ยฃ250 on it, so your ROAS is 5X. ๐ฅ
โจROI, the net profit you earn after subtracting all the investments that you made!!
