روندو کے مڈل سکول بلامک میں اساتذہ کی کمی پر والدین اور عمائدین کا احتجاج، 15 مئی تک ڈیڈ لائن مقرر

روندو کے مڈل سکول بلامک میں اساتذہ کی شدید کمی اور دیگر تعلیمی مسائل کے حل کے لیے ایس ایم سی، مقامی عمائدین اور نوجوانوں کی جانب سے ایک اہم میٹنگ منعقد ہوئی۔ اس سے قبل 28 اپریل کو ہونے والی ایس ایم سی میٹنگ میں فیصلہ کیا گیا تھا کہ اگر یکم مئی تک اساتذہ کی کمی کو پورا نہ کیا گیا تو سکول کو بند کر دیا جائے گا۔

اس فیصلے کے بعد، ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر روندو نے فوری ایکشن لیتے ہوئے 2 مئی کو ہیڈ آف ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی میٹنگ طلب کی، جس میں قائم مقام ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ایجوکیشن اور دیگر متعلقہ افسران نے شرکت کی۔ میٹنگ میں یقین دہانی کرائی گئی کہ 10 مئی تک اساتذہ کی کمی کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر پورا کیا جائے گا۔

تاہم، مقررہ تاریخ گزرنے کے باوجود کوئی عملی اقدام نہیں کیا گیا، جس پر مقامی افراد نے شدید تشویش کا اظہار کیا۔ اس صورتحال کے پیش نظر، ایس ایم سی اور عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی تھورسے بلامک کے چیئرمین وزیر کاظم اور سابق ممبر نثار صاحب نے ڈائریکٹر جنرل ایجوکیشن گلگت بلتستان، جناب فیض اللہ لون سے ملاقات کی۔ ڈی جی صاحب نے یقین دہانی کرائی کہ دو سے تین دن میں اساتذہ کی کمی اور دیگر مسائل حل کر دیے جائیں گے۔مقامی عمائدین نے موجودہ ملکی حالات کے پیش نظر اپنی ڈیڈ لائن کو 15 مئی تک مؤخر کر دیا ہے۔ انہوں نے واضح کیا ہے کہ اگر اس تاریخ تک مسائل حل نہ ہوئے تو سکول کو بند کر دیا جائے گا اور بچوں کو سکول نہیں بھیجا جائے گا۔

مزید برآں، مقامی افراد نے اس بات پر بھی تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے کہ پانچ فیمیل ٹیچرز، جن کا تبادلہ بلامک روندو میں ہوا تھا، ابھی تک اپنی ڈیوٹی پر حاضر نہیں ہوئیں۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ اگر یہ ٹیچرز بلامک میں ڈیوٹی نہیں دے سکتیں تو ان کا تبادلہ کسی اور جگہ کر کے بلامک کے لیے نئے اساتذہ تعینات کیے جائیں۔

مقامی افراد نے حکام بالا سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ وہ اس مسئلے کو سنجیدگی سے لیں اور فوری اقدامات کریں تاکہ بچوں کا تعلیمی مستقبل محفوظ بنایا جا سکے۔
