"Last night, the leadership of Law Students Federation (LSF), comprising Central President Ali Nawaz Bhanbhro, Central Secretary General Attam Rathore, Hyderabad District President Abdul Majeed Kumbhar, Senior Vice President Noor Mustafa Narejo, General Secretary Mubashir Haider, and Information Secretary Abdul Qayoom Morio, met with Advocate Shakir Nawaz Shar, former General Secretary of District Bar Association Hyderabad, who played a significant role in the recent Babarlo sit-in. CONDEMNING THE RUSTICAT OF STUDENTS BY SINDH MADREEA-TUL-ISLAM UNIVERSITY VC MUJEEB MEMON

Law Student Federation LSF strongly condemn the unjustifiable Rusticat of students by Vice Chancellor Mujeeb Memon of Sindh Madrasa University for participating in a peaceful rally against the canal issues.

The students' protest was a legitimate exercise of their democratic rights and freedom of expression. The university administration's actions are a clear attempt to stifle student activism, silence their voices, and suppress their right to dissent.

LSF stand in solidarity with the students of Sindh Madrasa University and demand:

- Immediate withdrawal of any disciplinary actions taken against the students
- A public apology from Vice Chancellor Mujeeb Memon for his unjustifiable actions
- A commitment from the university to protect and promote students' democratic rights and freedom of expression

CONDEMNATION

Law Student Federation strongly condemns the brutal attack on Law Student, Tufail Ahmed Jatoi, outside Indus Law College, Hyderabad.

We demand that SSP Hyderabad and DIG Hyderabad take immediate action to arrest the perpetrators involved in the attack and ensure justice for Tufail Ahmed.

The attack on a law student is a blatant disregard for human rights and the rule of law. We urge the authorities to take swift and decisive action to bring the culprits to justice.

"The University of Sindh is continuously increasing examination fees for affiliated law colleges, unfairly burdening students. The University's persistent hike in fees is depriving students of education. In this era of high inflation, it's become a significant challenge for middle-class students to afford education at the university. Exorbitant fees are snatching away students' right to education.

The Law Student Federation demands that the University of Sindh's administration immediately reduces the increased examination fees and ensures justice for students. If not, we will be forced to call for a protest outside the Vice Chancellor's office."
