Made this recipe last week but my family loved it alot so I had to make it again. For this you can use regular chicken pieces. I used tikka style chicken to make it look more drooling.
Here are all the whole spices
🥄 Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
🥄 Green cardamom 6-7
🥄 Black cardamom 2
🥄 Star anise 2
🥄 Cloves 8-10
🥄 Black Pepper corns 10-12
🥄 Cinnamon sticks few
And for harala masala, I had
🥄 Tomatoes 2 medium size
🥄 Green chilies 6-7
🥄 Lemon 1/2 in slices
🥄 Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Remaining ingredients are mentioned in the video.
I made with only half kg sela rice. If you want to make in larger quantity, you can double the ingredients.

Whole spices
