Sometimes I wonder if I’m wired a little differently...

I’m a fun-loving person, I’ll always look for a moment to laugh, refresh, and cherish life. But when it comes to work, the hustle itself gives me a different kind of joy.

I don’t get bored working late nights, sitting alone in my office, whether it’s a weekday or a weekend. In fact, those quiet hours are where the magic happens. That’s when I step back, reflect, and align where my agency is headed.

I personally believe if you want to build something grand, the sacrifices have to be grand too. Weekends aren’t about switching off for me, they’re about switching gears. While most people slow down, I dive deep into strategy, client growth, and fresh ideas.

I was about to shut down my agency....

And that day still gives me goosebumps.

Zero leads.
Engagement down.
Campaigns not performing.
The client was waiting for results.
The team was waiting for answers.

To be honest I didn’t have any.

I was running on 4 – 5 hours of sleep..and way too much self-doubt.

I started questioning everything:
→ Maybe I’m not good enough.
→ Maybe this isn’t for me.
→ Maybe I should stop.
→ Maybe I’m not the person to lead a team.

I sat alone.
No phone. No noise. No distractions.
Just me and my thoughts.

One question kept playing in my head:
Is this even worth it?

For a few hours, I was ready to close it all.

But then I did something simple:

I sat down with my team.
We discussed ideas openly.
Everyone shared, and I just listened.

Later that night, I picked the best ones.
Built a new strategy.
Simplified everything:
→ The offer
→ The message
→ The plan

And slowly... things started to shift.

A few days later, we didn’t just recover
we came back stronger.

4 things that helped me sell my services without cold DMs

No chasing.
No begging.
No random “Hey, quick question” messages.

This is what worked for me:

✅ 1. I started posting real stories
I don't write not random tips & tricks not AI & fancy words.
But honest stories from my journey, client wins, and lessons.

✅ 2. I made my profile a landing page
Clear offer. Clear transformation.
No confusion about what I do or who I help.

✅ 3. I engaged with purpose
Not just “nice post.”
I left real comments that added value.
That’s how people noticed me before messaging me.

✅ 4. I gave before I asked

Only to delete it in the end.

You might wonder why I’m even sharing this.
Let me tell you a hidden story a real one.

You've probably heard this before:
People don’t just learn from success stories they learn from failures too.

And every time I sit down to write a post, these thoughts hit me:

What if no one likes it?
What if it sounds silly?
What if no one comments?
What if people just scroll past?

Sometimes I write a post, read it 10 times, overthink… and delete.
But here’s the truth I’ve learned:

👉 No one grows by staying silent.

When I started sharing my small stories
The wins, the failures, the awkward lessons
People actually started connecting with me.

Not because I used perfect words.
Not because I sounded smart.
But because I was real.

I stopped chasing perfection.
Because perfection is overrated.

Some posts failed.
Some blew up.
But every post taught me something.

So here’s my advice
The same thing that worked for me and might work for you too:

✨ Stop overthinking. Start doing.
Someone out there needs to hear your voice.

I almost didn’t share this…
Because it feels a bit different.

One of our team members didn’t just follow the SOP.
They actually made it better.

At first, I thought, “Just stick to the rules, that’s enough.
But this person asked,
Can we do this faster? Smarter? Easier?

Instead of copying step-by-step, they found ways to save time and make work flow smoother for everyone.

Honestly, it can be scary to shake things up.
What if people don’t like the change?
What if it seems too much?

But here’s the truth: real progress happens when someone steps up to improve things not just follow the routine.

If you want to grow, don’t just do the job.
Look for ways to make it better every day.

P.S. The best team players aren’t the ones who just follow orders.
They’re the ones who find better ways to get things done.
