Another day.
Another win.
But this one hit different.

Because this time,
it wasn’t just me.

I started Crawlbytes alone.
No team.
No funding.
Just a mission… and countless sleepless nights.

Back then, growth looked like replying to every DM myself.
Doing client work until 4 a.m.
Learning by failing.
Failing by learning.

But I kept going.
Because the dream wasn’t just to build a company
It was to build people
And today, I look around… and I see that dream walking beside me.

A team that’s not just growing
but winning.
Together.

We’re serving international clients.
Getting booked a month in advance
We even have a waiting list now.
(Not sharing this to flex, just to say it’s possible.)

Because I know someone out there is still in their day one.
Still stuck.
Still wondering if it’s ever going to work.

To you, I say:
Don’t give up.
The universe sees you.
Your effort isn’t invisible.

If you want to walk fast, walk alone.
But if you want to walk far
build a team that believes with you.

This is your reminder:
You’re not behind.
You’re becoming.

I almost gave up before I even started...

There was a time I opened my laptop,
stared at the screen,
and closed it 10 minutes later…

Not because I didn’t have work.
But because I felt lost.

No clients.
No direction.
No confidence.

I was watching others grow,
and I was stuck in the same place
questioning everything.

But this is the thing that helped me:

👉 I stopped chasing perfection.
👉 I started with what I had.
👉 And I told myself: Let’s just show up today.

No fancy strategy.
No secret formula.

Just small action, daily.
Even when I didn’t feel ready.

Fast forward to now…

I’ve built a business.
Built a team.
And I’ve helped others grow the same way I wanted to grow once.

But it started with one mindset shift:

Don’t wait to feel ready.
Start small. Stay consistent.

P.S. The gap between stuck and successful?
It’s usually one decision.

What if you have to say goodbye to her?It hurts, right? But let me tell you something.Sometimes, goodbye doesn’t feel like...

What if you have to say goodbye to her?

It hurts,
right?

But let me tell you something.

Sometimes, goodbye doesn’t feel like an end.
It feels like a soft thank-you.
Like a quiet moment full of memories.

Not every goodbye is sad.
Some mark a new chapter
one full of lessons, laughs, and trust.

The hardest part of being a CEO isn’t firing someone.
It’s letting go of someone who is ready to grow.
Not away from us.
But beyond us.

At Crawlbytes, I didn’t just build a team.
I built a home.
A place where people feel safe.
Where they can learn, try, fail, and shine.
Where titles don’t matter.
But people do.

what I learned:
If you lead with care,
your team leaves stronger than before.
They grow.
They carry your mission with them.
And sometimes, they send you a message.
Not just a thank-you
But a reminder of why you started.

So if someone great leaves your team,
Don’t be sad.
Be proud.
They helped you become better.

To every founder I would say help people grow.
Not just make your money.
and
To every worker my kind reminder is you deserve a job that feels like home.

And to my creative team, past, present, and future:
Crawlbytes doesn’t run on tech.
It runs on you.
The door are always open.✨

A few months ago, someone reached out with a big project.

Nice budget.
Quick timeline.
Looked exciting.

But something felt off…

→ No clarity on goals
→ No respect for boundaries
→ And honestly, not aligned with the kind of work I want to be known for

Old me would’ve said yes.
Just to keep the revenue coming in.

But I said no.

And that single no made space for two better yes moments:
→ One dream client I enjoy working with
→ One consultation that turned into a full partnership

Sometimes, saying no isn’t losing work
It’s creating space for what actually grows you.

P.S.
Your brand isn't just built by what you say yes to it's defined by what you say no to.

P.S.S If you're stuck in client chaos or unsure how to filter the right ones,
DM me Filter I’ll share the 3 red flags I never ignore now.

Be Honest What’s the Hardest Part of Running Your Business?

No any informational, or educational post today.

Just a simple question:

❓ What’s the hardest part of running your business right now?

Is it:
Getting consistent clients?
Managing your time?
Feeling stuck in your growth?

Let me be real with you
There was a time I had 4 active clients, daily campaign check-ins, back-to-back calls, and zero mental clarity.

I was doing everything, but nothing was moving.
That was the moment I realized: Being busy ≠ Building a business.

I had to pause. Simplify. And rebuild with clarity.

So now I’m asking you:

What’s your hardest part right now?
P.S. Drop it in the comments. I’ll share one small action you can try no pitch, just help.

Let’s make this space real again. 🤝

She didn’t come for the job.....

She came for the consultation.
(Not every interview goes how you expect it.)

Today, one candidate came for the Business Development Executive position.
My co-founder Sana Ajmal 🪄 and LinkedIn growth strategist Muhammad Salih started her interview.

I was busy on a call with a Canadian client
but 10 minutes later, Muhammad Salih called me in:
Join us, we need you for this one.

I wrapped up my call and told the client:
Sorry, our manager just called me an interview is happening.
He smiled, wished me luck, and I stepped into the room.

And what happened next…
shocked me.

There was a girl confident and calm.
The moment I sat down, she looked at me and said:

I’m really impressed by you. I love your hard work and personality.

That alone put a smile on my face.

But then she said something wild:
She said:
Please don’t check my resume… I want to ask you something.

Then she started firing questions like she was interviewing me:

Ahtasham Ahmed is your full name
You started Crawlbytes in 2018, right?
You graduated from school in 2021?
Sana Ajmal 🪄 is your co-founder?
And Muhammad Salih handles your LinkedIn growth?

I looked at Sana and Salih shocked.

Yes… all true, I replied.

Then I asked about the role and she replied:
I’m not here for the job. I run two businesses myself.
Both are offline a travel agency and a car rental business.
I need your help to scale them online.

So instead of an interview,
we had a full 1-hour consultation.

I guided her, step by step.
She said she’ll fully prioritize this journey
and she wants me to help her scale both businesses from scratch.

At the end?

She handed me a box of sweets and said:
I brought this just for you. I’m genuinely inspired by your journey.

P.S.
Success doesn’t come overnight.
Today is hard. Tomorrow will be harder.
But the day after that you’ll win.

Stay consistent.
Stay focused.
Keep building.

P.S. If you also want to scale your business online,
DM me scale and I’ll personally help you with a strategy.

Yesterday I shared a post about how one of my salon clients got 200+ leads through Meta Ads without a website.

And guess what happened after I posted it?

A few salon owners dropped me DMs.
A coaching business asked if it could work for them too.
And one founder even booked a quick consult.

That’s the power of showing proof, not just sharing tips.

Here’s what I told them:

✅ Yes, Meta Ads work.
✅ But only when your offer, creative, and targeting are aligned.
✅ Boosting posts isn’t the same as running a campaign.

If you saw yesterday’s post and thought:
Maybe this could work for my business too…

You’re probably right.
And the best time to test is before your competitors figure it out.

DM me “Next Step” I’ll walk you through how we test and scale campaigns from scratch.

Meta Ads don’t work by luck....

They work when the right people see the right offer.

one of my client had no website.
No social media.
No digital presence at all.

Just a salon that relied on walk-ins and referrals.

She asked me, Can Meta Ads really bring actual clients to my shop?

I didn’t say much.
I built the system.

Rewrote the creatives.
Targeted local areas.
Focused the ads on real pain points.

In 30 days?
200+ leads through inbox.
Cost per lead: just Rs. 12
Her reaction? WOW, how did you do this?

Real ads. Real results. No fluff.

If you're running a business and still guessing with ads…
DM me "Salon Fix" I’ll send you a free audit..

You’ll be shocked to know
90% of marketing agencies are scamming you.

When I was 19, I fell for it too.
Hired a pro agency to grow my first side hustle.
They gave me fancy reports…
…and ZERO results.

I realized something:
Most agencies don’t know what they’re doing.
They’re selling hype, not help.

I fired them.
Taught myself how to build real strategies.
Ran campaigns from scratch.
Failed. Learned. Grew.
Actually made people money.

You don’t need flashy decks or Canva graphics.
You need someone who understands how to sell.

so tell me
Have you ever been scammed by an agency?
Or worse…
Are you running one?

A client asked me:
Why isn’t my creative working?

I looked at the ads.
Looked at the data.
And told them the truth:

You’re guessing too much.
And testing too little.

Creative work isn’t magic.
It’s not luck either.
It’s decisions backed by data not just gut feelings.

→ You’re not sure if the hook connects.
→ You don’t know which pain point hits.
→ You’re hoping the ad just works.

That’s not strategy.
That’s gambling.

Great creatives are built by testing, tweaking, and learning.
Not just designing something cool.

P.S. Test fast. Learn fast. Win smart.

I stopped posting to impress...

and that’s when things finally clicked.

→ No long storytelling
→ No viral frameworks
→ No forcing authority

Just one shift:
↳ I started writing like I was texting a friend.

Because real wins over perfect. Every time.

→ If your posts feel stiff, try loosening the tone
→ If people scroll past, you’re not being felt
→ If no one replies, you’re probably not being you

Now I get replies like:
This felt like it was written for me.

That’s how you build connection—
not with polish, but with presence.

P.S. I use 3 simple questions before I post anything now.
Drop “REAL” and I’ll share them with you.

Patience is a strength, not a weakness.

(Yup, people can sense your calm energy)

Everyone talks about growth. But patience?

That’s where the real story begins.

You might believe…

Waiting slows you down 🕰️
Saying “not now” means missing out 💔
Taking your time makes you look unsure 😐

But actually, it’s the opposite.

Being patient sharpens your decisions.
With time, clarity shows up.
Your pace creates purpose.

Remember: Slow doesn't mean stuck.

Thank you to everyone who reminded me to breathe and keep going.

P.S.Do you struggle with patience? Let’s talk below 👇
