ایک صبح کسی صاحب کے گھر کے باہر کھڑی گاڑی چوری ہوگئی۔ لیکن شام ڈھلتے ہی وہی گاڑی صاف ستھری حالت میں مکمل پالش کے ساتھ اسی جگہ کھڑی پائی گئی جہاں سے چوری ہوئی تھی۔ اور گاڑی کے اندر ایک خط پڑا تھا جس پر تحریر تھا:
میں تہہِ دل سے معذرت خواہ ہوں کہ مجھے یہ قدم اٹھانا پڑا۔ میری بیوی کی ڈیلیوری کے باعث حالت تشویش ناک تھی۔ مجھے کچھ سمجھ نہیں آپا رہا تھا کہ کیسے اسے ہسپتال پہنچاؤں۔ بس اس وجہ سے میں نے چوری جیسا گھناؤنا قدم اٹھایا مگر میں اپنے کیے پر شرمندہ ہوں اور امید کرتا ہوں آپ مجھے میری اس حرکت پر معاف کر دیں گے۔
میری طرف سے آپ اور آپ کی فیملی کے لیے ایک عدد تحفہ۔ آج رات کے شو کی ٹکٹیں اور ساتھ میں کچھ کھانے پینے کی چیزیں بھی قبول کیجیے۔ یہ سب اس مدد کے بدلے میں ہے جو آپ کی گاڑی کے ذریعے سے ہوئی۔

گاڑی کا مالک یہ سب پڑھ کر مسکرایا۔ بغیر محنت گاڑی بھی دھلی دھلائی ملی اور مفت میں رات کے شو کی ٹکٹیں۔

رات کو جب فیملی فلم دیکھ کر واپس آئی تو ان کے گھر ڈکیتی کی واردات کی جاچکی تھی۔ پورا گھر سامان سے خالی کیا جاچکا تھا اور وہیں پر ایک خط پڑا ملا جس پر لکھا تھا:
امید ہے فلم پسند آئی ہوگی۔👍♨♨♨💯💯
