We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our team and drive impactful advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) across all stages of the sales funnel.
Develop audience targeting strategies using Meta's tools (Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, etc.).
Design, test, and optimize ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) for performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.) and provide detailed reporting.
Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing successful Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Power Editor.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data.
Ability to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Certifications in Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
