The Scientific Miracle of Sleeping on the Right Side

1- Sleeping on the stomach:

The left lung is smaller and lighter, and the liver, the largest organ in the body, is located on the ground, so digestion occurs quickly.
🌞So this is the best way to sleep, and you'll be completely relaxed.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When you go to bed, perform ablution as for prayer, then lie on your right side, then say: 'O Allah, I submit my face to You and entrust my affair to You.'"

It was said in the past:
Sleeping on your back is the sleep of kings,
Sleeping on your stomach is the sleep of devils,
Sleeping on your left side is the sleep of the rich, due to their abundant eating.
" Sleeping on the right side is the sleep of the pious and the scholars. It is also the sleep of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace
