یہ اعتراض کہ "مفتی تقی عثمانی صاحب نے جہاد کا فتویٰ دیا، مگر خود جہاد کے لیے نہیں گئے" ایک عام فکری مغالطہ (fallacy) ہے، اور اس کا جواب علمی، عقلی اور شرعی انداز میں دینا نہایت ضروری ہے تاکہ بدگمانی، فتنے اور ناسمجھی کا ازالہ ہو سکے۔

پہلا نکتہ: جہاد کا فتویٰ دینا ایک شرعی فریضہ ہے، عملی شرکت الگ چیز ہے

جہاد کا فتویٰ دینا علماء کی شرعی ذمہ داری ہے، جب بھی اس کی شرائط پائی جائیں۔

فتویٰ دینا کا مطلب ہوتا ہے: حالات و نصوص کو دیکھ کر شرعی حکم واضح کرنا۔

اس کا یہ مطلب ہرگز نہیں کہ جو فتویٰ دے وہ لازماً بنفسہٖ عمل بھی کرے۔

مثال:

اگر کوئی عالم زکوٰۃ کی فرضیت کا فتویٰ دے، تو کیا یہ کہا جا سکتا ہے کہ "تم خود ہر سال زکوٰۃ کیوں نہیں دیتے؟"
حالانکہ ممکن ہے وہ صاحب نصاب نہ ہو۔

دوسرا نکتہ: جہاد کی اقسام اور شرکت کی شرعی حدود

جہاد صرف ہاتھ سے لڑنے کا نام نہیں، بلکہ اس کی کئی قسمیں ہیں:

1. جہاد بالنفس (خود لڑنا)

2. جہاد بالمال (مال سے مدد کرنا)

3. جہاد باللسان (زبان یا قلم سے دفاع)

4. جہاد بالحجۃ (علمی، فکری و نظریاتی جہاد)

مفتی تقی عثمانی صاحب تو کئی دہائیوں سے قلم، زبان اور علم کے ذریعے اسلام کی حفاظت کر رہے ہیں — یہ جہاد بالحجۃ ہے، جس کا انکار صرف وہی کرے گا جسے نہ علم ہو نہ انصاف۔

تیسرا نکتہ: ہر شخص پر عملی جہاد فرض نہیں ہوتا

اسلام میں جہاد فرض کفایہ ہوتا ہے، یعنی جب کچھ لوگ میدان میں اتر جائیں، باقیوں سے فرض ساقط ہو جاتا ہے۔

عمر، منصب، حالات اور دیگر شرعی مصالح کی بنیاد پر بعض افراد کا جہاد میں جانا ضروری نہیں ہوتا۔

مفتی تقی عثمانی صاحب کی عمر، علمی مقام، اور ان کی خدمات اس بات کی دلیل ہیں کہ وہ میدانِ عمل میں اپنے دائرے میں عظیم جہاد کر رہے ہیں۔

چوتھا نکتہ: اعتراض کرنے والوں کی نیت و علم پر سوالیہ نشان

جو لوگ یہ اعتراض کرتے ہیں، ان سے سوال کیا جائے:

کیا آپ خود جہاد کے لیے گئے ہیں؟

کیا آپ نے قلم، مال یا علم سے جہاد کیا؟

کیا آپ نے شہداء کے خاندانوں کی مدد کی؟

اگر نہیں، تو اعتراض سے پہلے اپنا کردار دیکھیں۔

قرآنی و سیرت سے دلیل:

نبی کریم ﷺ نے خود جنگوں میں شرکت کی، مگر ہر مسلمان کو ہر جنگ میں بھیجنے کا حکم نہیں دیا۔

بعض صحابہ صرف علمی و فکری جہاد کرتے رہے (جیسے حضرت ابن عباس، حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہم)

قرآن:
"وما كان المؤمنون لينفروا كافة..."
(سورۃ التوبہ: 122)
ترجمہ: تمام اہل ایمان کا ایک ساتھ نکل جانا ضروری نہیں...

وہ درویش خدا مست تھا , وہ شرق و غرب سے بالاتر رہا , لاہور میں بیٹھ کر بخارا و سمرقند انکے دل میں بستا تھا , انکی فکر نیل کے ساحل سے لے کر تا بخاک کاشغر تھی ,
انہیں ہمیشہ یاد رکھا جائے گا
