The history of 💕🥰🫶✍️
began with the discovery of two critical principles: The first is camera obscura image projection, the second is the discovery that some substances are visibly altered by exposure to light[2]. There are no artifacts or descriptions that indicate any attempt to capture images with light sensitive materials prior to the 18th century.

Around 1717, Johann Heinrich Schulze used a light-sensitive slurry to capture images of cut-out letters on a bottle. However, he did not pursue making these results permanent. Around 1800, Thomas Wedgwood made the first reliably documented, although unsuccessful attempt at capturing camera images in permanent form. His experiments did produce detailed photograms, but Wedgwood and his associate Humphry Davy found no way to fix these images.
In 1826, Nicéphore Niépce first managed to fix an image that was captured with a camera, but at least eight hours or even several days of exposure in the camera were required and the earliest results were very crude. Niépce's associate Louis Daguerre went on to develop the daguerreotype process, the first publicly announced and commercially viable photographic process. The daguerreotype required only minutes of exposure in the camera, and produced clear, finely detailed results. On August 2, 1839 Daguerre demonstrated the details of the process to the Chamber of Peers in Paris. On August 19 the technical details were made public in a meeting of the Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Fine Arts in the Palace of Institute. (For granting the rights of the inventions to the public, Daguerre and Niépce were awarded generous annuities for life.)[3][4][5] When the metal based daguerreotype process was demonstrated formally to the public, the competitor approach of paper-based calotype negative and salt print processes invented by William Henry Fox Talbot was already demonstrated in London (but with less publicity).[5] Subsequent innovations made photography easier and more versatile. New materials reduced the required camera exposure time from minutes to seconds, and eventually to a small fraction of a second; new photographic media were more economical, sensitive or convenient. Since the 1850s, the collodion process with its glass-based photographic plates combined the high quality known from the Daguerreotype with the multiple print options known from the calotype and was commonly used for decades. Roll films popularized casual use by amateurs. In the mid-20th century, developments made it possible for amateurs to take pictures in natural color as well as in black-and-white.
The commercial introduction of computer-based electronic digital cameras in the 1990s soon revolutionized photography. During the first decade of the 21st century, traditional film-based photochemical methods were increasingly marginalized as the practical advantages of the new technology became widely appreciated and the image quality of moderately priced digital cameras was continually improved. Especially since cameras became a standard feature on smartphones, taking pictures (and instantly publishing them online) has become a ubiquitous everyday practice around the world.

حویلی جو کبھی امن وسکھ چین کا گہوارہ تھی۔باہر کے لوگ جس کے امن و امان کے گن گاتے تھے اور اہلیانِ حویلی کی شرافت اور سادگی کے موید تھے لیکن آج اسی حویلی کا چہرہ لہو لہان ہے۔ پے در پے کشت و خون سے یہ لت پت ہو چکی ہے۔۔۔اس کی پیشانی سے بے گناہوں کا خون ٹپک رہا ہے اور ان بیگناہوں کی بےچین روحیں سوال کرتی پھرتی ہیں کہ "بای ذنب قتلت"۔۔۔؟
ہمیں کیوں اتنی بے رحمی کے ساتھ مارا گیا؟
ہمارا کیا قصور تھا جو ہم سے زندہ رہنے کا حق چھین لیا گیا۔۔۔؟

یہاں چرس،شراب اور ہیروئن کا دھندہ اپنے عروج پر ہے۔زنا،چوری اور ڈکتیاں روزمرہ کا معمول بن چکی ہیں۔جرائم کا تناسب خطرناک حد تک بڑھ چکا ہے۔سوشل میڈیا کی بدولت پوری دنیا میں ہماری جگ ہنسائی ہورہی ہے۔ لیکن اس سے بھی زیادہ افسوس ناک پہلو یہ ہے کہ ہر بار اصل مجرموں اور قاتلوں کو محفوظ راستہ دے دیا جاتا ہے۔معصوموں کے خون سے ہاتھ رنگنے والے بھیڑیوں کو جان بوجھ کر نظر انداز کر دیا جاتا ہے۔۔۔
اگر ماضی میں سیاست اور رشوت کو خاطر میں نہ لایا گیا ہوتا اور قاتلوں کو بہرصورت بےنقاب کیا گیا ہوتا تو اس طرح کے افسوس ناک اور لرزہ خیز واقعات کبھی رونما ہی نہ ہوتے۔

ماضی میں حویلی کے اندر مختلف اوقات میں درجنوں ایسے اندھے، پراسرار اور بہیمانہ قتل کے واقعات رونما ہو چکے ہیں جن کے قاتل تادمِ تحریر سامنے نہیں آ سکے۔جبکہ حویلی تین اطراف سے انڈین بارڈرز کے ساتھ جڑے ہونے کے باعث کافی حساس علاقہ بھی شمار کیا جاتا ہے جہاں پولیس کے ساتھ ساتھ دیگر بےشمار خفیہ ادارے ہمہ وقت سرگرم رہتے ہیں، لیکن اس کے باوجود اس طرح کے خونی واقعات میں اصل کرداروں کا سامنے نہ آنا ان تمام اداروں کی کارکردگی، پرفارمنس اور فعالیت پر بہت بڑا سوالیہ نشان ہے۔

قتل ہونے والی یہ بچی صرف جنجوعہ خاندان کی بیٹی نہیں تھی بلکہ حوا کی بیٹی تھی۔وہ حویلی کی بیٹی تھی جسے انتہائی بے دردی اور سفاکیت کے ساتھ روندا، مسلا اور مارا گیا ہے۔
موجودہ جیو فینسنگ،فرانزک اور پولی گرافک ٹیکنالوجی کے باوجود اگر ہماری پولیس اور ادارے اصل مجرموں کا تعین کرنے میں ناکام رہتے ہیں یا نتیجہ وہی ڈھاک کے تین پات رہتا ہے تو انہیں کسی اور کام پر لگایا جائے یا پھر ان کی از سرِنو کیپسٹی بلڈنگ پرتوجہ دی جائے۔ہمیں اس قدر سہل پسند اور نکمی انتظامیہ نہیں چاہئے کیونکہ اس بچی کے اندوہناک قتل سے اس وقت حویلی کا بچہ بچہ خوف وہراس،عدم تحفظ اور بے چینی کا شکار ہے۔عوم الناس چاہتی ہے کہ اس معصوم کے سفاک قاتلوں کو جلد از جلد سامنے لاکر کیفر کردار تک پہنچایا جائے۔یہ قتل ہماری پولیس اور اداروں کے لیے ایک ٹیسٹ کیس ہے۔اگر وہ اتنی جدید ٹیکنالوجی کے باوجود اصل مجرموں تک نہیں پہنچ پاتے تو ہمیں ایسی نان پروفیشنل پولیس، ادارے اور انتظامیہ نہیں چاہیے۔جو قوم کے معماروں پر تیر و تفنگ کے ساتھ لیس ہوکر فوراً چڑھ دوڑیں لیکن دوسری جانب قاتلوں اور مجرموں کو سپیس دیتے پھریں۔
حویلی جیسے حساس ایریا میں ایسے باصلاحیت آفیسرز تعینات کیے جائیں جو کسی قسم کے سیاسی دباؤ یا پیسے کے لالچ میں آ کر مجرموں کی طرف داری بالکل نہ کریں بلکہ حق و سچ اورعدل وانصاف کا بول بالا کریں تاکہ مستقبل میں مجرمانہ سرگرمیوں میں معتدبہ حد تک کمی واقع ہو سکے۔۔
It is not the severity of punishment that deters criminal behavior but it is its inevitability.
سزا کی شدت کسی مجرمانہ روئیے کو نہیں روکتی بلکہ یہ اس (سزا) کی ناگزیریت ہے۔۔۔
