An overview of scientific graduates and government employment tactics:
Lack of funding for entrepreneurship and strategic planning, which help the younger generation transition from jobs to enterprises.
Lack of funding for research initiatives and a lack of consideration, particularly from the Sindh government, for his province and students—the majority of whom are middle-class science graduates—about how they might pursue research further, enroll in master's programs, and attempt to place them in degree-focused programs.
If the education department has potential, then where are the others? We have only bulk jobs in primary and secondary schools, so we can say that's a game where science graduates are permanently in their comfort zone only work 5 hour and ruined the day. I believe that the majority of my friends in Sindh who have engineering and science degrees are PST or JST, and in other non-Tech professions that are set back of our country.
The government should consider that among those posted in remote village schools with a student body of 10 to 15 students, the vast number of graduates only fixing one department is a complete violation, imagine after four or five years, what does that guy look like? His struggles and degree efforts were ruined by the government's lack of policies and outdated ones. I believe that one of the reasons we are in third place in the world is evident in the current paradigm shift.
All provinces are establishing their national priorities and goals to meet the AI transformation age, and since they prioritize having fully qualified personnel, our province is falling behind. The local government is to blame for this.
Hopeful for better things to come, "do more" is the motto.

History Tells about worriers

In 1401, the great Arab historian and sociologist Ibn Khaldun met Amir Timur during the siege of Damascus. After staying in Timur’s camp for a month, Ibn Khaldun left with a profound respect for the great king.

Ibn Khaldun was impressed with Timur’s knowledge of history and everything the two discussed during that period. As a result, Ibn Khaldun came to a simple conclusion about Timur:

"This king Timur is one of the greatest and mightiest of kings. Some attribute to him knowledge, others consider him a Shi‘ite because they note his preference for the members of the Ahl al-Bayt (family of the Prophet); still others attribute to him the employment of magic and sorcery, but in all this, there is nothing but a rumour. It is simply that he is highly intelligent and very perspicacious, addicted to debate and argumentation about what he knows and also about what he does not know. He is between sixty and seventy years old."

"His right knee is lame from an arrow which struck him while raiding in his youth, as he told me; therefore he dragged it when he went on short walks, but when he would go long distances men carried him with their hands."

"He is one who is favoured by God—the power is God’s, and He grants it to whom He chooses of his creatures.”

Choice is your

Not the power of single mindset, but power of heresy.
The power of love, the power of prosperity.
Everything seems like a brief and bounded.
Sing sonorous song of love with birds, animals and morning breeze.
it is the journey of love, will travel soon apart.
No one remember their brands and lifestyle.
Their personality, thought to be like an evil brain.
but Tierney of time says, it's having to pass, and profound impact will leave,
later or sooner, it will begin, pronounce the hidden fate is awaited,
conscious and subconscious mind have to accept.
Thou its charming season, rain outside, soothing and pleasant spring by tomorrow,
but it does not work, it is a Pegasus for you; you have to travel for a part.
work hard and work for fellow being that is moral of age,
Let's be fortunate and look into the deep. RESEARCH.NKDN
