Car Drivers Now Have to Pay Rs. 1510 Toll Tax from Lahore to Islamabad

Effective April 1, the National Highway Authority (NHA) has raised toll rates for various motorways and highways, marking the second increase in under three months.

The car toll for the Lahore-Islamabad route now stands at Rs. 1510. Toll rates across routes like M1, M3, M4, M5, M14, and E35 have increased by 15% to 50%.

For instance, cars now pay Rs550 on the M1 and Rs1,050 on the M4.

The NHA has not issued any formal explanation for the hike, though it's reportedly linked to infrastructure upkeep.

A teenage girl in Karachi, Musfira, staged a fa_ke kidna_pping and demanded Rs 1.5 million from her father.

Musfira had secretly elo_ped with her friend, Waleed, and married in Punjab. In December, her father received a ran_som demand via social media.

The money was collected near Steel Town, but the po_lice later found Musfira and Waleed, revealing the whole inci_dent was a hoax planned by her.

A case of kidn_apping was initially filed, but the truth came to light. In a similar case, a 20-year-old boy in Mumbai fak_ed his kidn_apping to get Rs 30,000 from his father.
