Oil - 100 gms
Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
All Purpose Flour - 100 gms
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Food Color - as required

For without oven
Pre-heat pot at medium flame
for 15 mint's & bake on low flame
For 25-30 mints

For an oven
Pre-heat oven at 180° c for 15 mint's
Baking temperature - 180 ° c
Baking time - 25-30 mints

Pan size :- 6" round mold

Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe By Stove And Oven (without oven)

Ingredients :-

For Sponge

Egg - 1 large (50-55 gms)
Sugar Powder - 100 gms
Milk - 35 gms
Yogurt - 35 gms
Oil- 60 gms
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour - 90 gms
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Coco Powder -10 gms
Water(warm) - 60 gms

For Filling & Frosting

For Ganache

Dark Chocolate - 200 gms
Cream - 100 gms (Ganache Ratio -2:1)
Chocolate Ganache - as required
Peanut Butter - as required
Roasted Crushed Peanuts - as required

For without oven
Pre-heat pot at medium flame
for 15 mint's & bake on low flame
For 35-40 mints

For an oven
Pre-heat oven at 180° c for 15 mint's
Baking temperature - 180 ° c
Baking time - 35-40 mints

Egg yolk (beaten)- for brushing
Almond for decoration

Creamy Mango Delight Recipe By Stove And Oven
Stove & oven

Ingredients :-

milk- 1/2 litre (500gms)
sugar - 3 tbsp
custard powder - 2 tbsp (heaped)
whipping cream - 300 gms (add powder sugar - 2 tbsp if cream is unsweetened)
mango chunks - 3 mangoes or as required
mango puree - (blend 1 large mango with 1/2 cup of water)
biscuits - 16-18 biscuits or as required (I used digestive crunchy biscuits)

Method:-

In a pan,mix milk,sugar and custard powder until the custard is thick.
Cover and allow to cool in refrigerator.
Meanwhile, peel the mangoes. Finely chopp 3 mangoes for mango chunks and blend 1 large mango with 1/2 c water to make puree. Keep aside.
Whip the whipping cream into soft peaks.
Add all prepared custard and 1/4 c or few tbsp of mango puree. Whisk again until well combined. Fold in mango chunks and broken cookies. Mix using spatula only.
In a bowl pour custard cream mixture.
Decorate with remaining mango puree.
Allow to cool & set in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Enjoy.
