Plagiarism –
‘Bol Kaffara Kia Hoga’ Stolen by Bollywood Second Time

Bollywood is facing backlash after once again copying Pakistan’s hit track “Bol Kaffara Kya Hoga”.

Originally sung by Sehar Gul Khan and Shehbaz Fayaz Qawwal in 2018, the song was earlier remade by Jubin Nautiyal and has now resurfaced in Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat with Neha Kakkar and DJ Chetas.

The new version even borrows from Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s “Dulhe Ka Sehra”, sparking outrage on social media. Pakistani fans slammed Bollywood for repeatedly stealing music while maintaining anti-Pakistan rhetoric, fueling the ongoing debate on plagiarism and intellectual property rights.

Asia Cup 2025 –
Pycroft Apologizes, Handshake Drama Ends in Dubai 🏏

Dubai – The controversy surrounding the “No Handshake” incident after the Pakistan-India match at the Asia Cup 2025 has come to a close. Match referee Andy Pycroft apologized to Pakistan’s captain and manager, easing tensions between the PCB and ICC.

Pakistan had boycotted their match against the UAE for an hour, protesting Pycroft's silence over Indian players refusing to shake hands post-game. This sparked official complaints from the PCB and calls for action against the referee.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi confirmed Pycroft's apology and revealed that the ICC will investigate the matter. Former chairman Ramiz Raja questioned the referee’s neutrality due to his history of officiating over 90 Indian matches. Meanwhile, Najam Sethi highlighted that while India played politics, Pakistan remained focused on the game.

As a result of the protest, skipper Salman Agha skipped the presentation ceremony. However, after productive discussions, Pycroft will remain as the referee, and Pakistan’s match against the UAE went ahead as planned.
