Youth Step Foundation – Skills & Technical Trainings Impact

The youth of Youth Step Foundation facilitated the visiting monitoring team during their field visit. The purpose of the visit was to assess the impact of the skills and technical trainings provided to the youth.

The monitoring team interacted with trained youth and asked questions regarding the changes they experienced after the trainings. The youth shared that the trainings helped them develop practical skills, increased their confidence, and improved their livelihood opportunities. Some participants also highlighted that they had started small businesses or secured better job opportunities after completing the trainings.

Overall, the monitoring team appreciated the positive impact of the trainings and acknowledged the active participation and improved skills of the youth facilitated by Youth Step Foundation.

يوٿ اسٽيپ فائونڊيشن جي نوجوانن پنهنجي فيلڊ دوري دوران دورو ڪندڙ نگراني ٽيم کي سهولت فراهم ڪئي. دوري جو مقصد نوجوانن کي مهيا ڪيل صلاحيتن ۽ ٽيڪنيڪل تربيت جي اثر جو جائزو وٺڻ هو.

نگراني ٽيم تربيت يافته نوجوانن سان ڳالهه ٻولهه ڪئي ۽ تربيت کان پوءِ انهن جي تجربي ڪيل تبديلين بابت سوال پڇيا. نوجوانن ٻڌايو ته تربيت انهن کي عملي صلاحيتن کي ترقي ڪرڻ، انهن جي اعتماد کي وڌائڻ ۽ انهن جي گذر سفر جي موقعن کي بهتر بڻائڻ ۾ مدد ڪئي. ڪجهه شرڪت ڪندڙن اهو به اجاگر ڪيو ته انهن تربيت مڪمل ڪرڻ کان پوءِ ننڍا ڪاروبار شروع ڪيا آهن يا بهتر نوڪري جا موقعا حاصل ڪيا آهن.

مجموعي طور تي، نگراني ٽيم تربيت جي مثبت اثر جي تعريف ڪئي ۽ يوٿ اسٽيپ فائونڊيشن پاران سهولت فراهم ڪيل نوجوانن جي فعال شرڪت ۽ بهتر صلاحيتن کي تسليم ڪيو.

Productive Meeting with EPA Sindh!

Today, the Youth Step Foundation team had a meaningful meeting with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Sindh. The discussion focused on environmental protection, pollution reduction, and safeguarding Sindh’s natural resources.

Our shared goal is to move towards a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment. Collaborative campaigns and programs will soon be launched to create a positive impact across the region.

آج یوتھ سٹیپ فاؤنڈیشن کی ٹیم نے انوائرمینٹل پروٹیکشن ایجنسی (EPA) سندھ کے ساتھ ایک بامعنی میٹنگ کی۔ بحث میں ماحولیاتی تحفظ، آلودگی میں کمی اور سندھ کے قدرتی وسائل کے تحفظ پر توجہ مرکوز کی گئی۔

ہمارا مشترکہ مقصد ایک صاف ستھرا، صحت مند، اور زیادہ پائیدار ماحول کی طرف بڑھنا ہے۔ پورے خطے میں مثبت اثرات مرتب کرنے کے لیے جلد ہی تعاون پر مبنی مہمات اور پروگرام شروع کیے جائیں گے۔

یوتھ سٹیپ فاؤنڈیشن کی ٹیم فوری مالی امداد فراہم کر کے ایک ضرورت مند باپ کی مدد کے لیے آگے بڑھی۔ اس کی پریشان کن صورتحال کو سمجھتے ہوئے، فاؤنڈیشن نے اس بات کو یقینی بنایا کہ اسے اپنے خاندان کی فوری ضروریات پوری کرنے کے لیے ضروری نقد امداد ملے۔
یوتھ سٹیپ فاؤنڈیشن سماجی بہبود کے اپنے مشن کے لیے پرعزم ہے، مختلف امدادی پروگراموں کے ذریعے ضرورت مندوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے۔ تنظیم کمیونٹی کے اراکین کو اکٹھے ہونے اور مشکلات کا سامنا کرنے والوں کے لیے مدد کا ہاتھ بڑھانے کی ترغیب دیتی ہے۔

Celebration of International Women's Day by Youth Step Foundation.

Youth step Foundation celebrated International Women's Day with the aim of appreciating the role of women and raising voice for gender equality. People from different walks of life, youth and local leaders participated on this occasion and paid tribute to the struggle and achievements of women.

The event featured inspiring speeches, emphasizing the importance of women's education, leadership, and rights. Women from various fields shared their stories of struggle and success, inspiring the younger generation. In addition, discussions and awareness sessions on women's rights, economic empowerment, and social justice were also held.
In a special session, women who have rendered outstanding services were awarded with awards. The cultural program highlighted the determination and courage of women through music, poetry and drama.

At the end of the event, Youthstep Foundation reiterated its commitment to promoting women's rights and creating an equal society. The day was not only an acknowledgment of women's achievements but also a commitment to struggle for a better, equal and prosperous future.
