My first product sample for Q4 inventory finally arrived, and today I inspected it properly before approving it for production.

The good news: the product has potential.

The bad news: it is not ready yet.

I found a few issues in material, stitching, finishing, and small design details that need to be fixed before mass production.

This is the side of e-commerce most people skip. Product launch is not just finding an item and ordering inventory. The real work starts when you test samples, find problems early, and fix them before they become expensive mistakes.
