کراچی کے علاقے منگھوپیر اجتماع گاہ، مہران سٹی میں گھر میں ڈکیتی کے دوران مسلح ڈاکوؤں کی فائرنگ سے 15 سالہ نوجوان جاں بحق ہوگیا۔
مقتول کی شناخت روشم کے نام سے ہوئی، جو میٹرک کا طالب علم اور پوزیشن ہولڈر تھا۔ مقتول آٹھ بہنوں کا اکلوتا بھائی تھا۔
مقتول کے والد کے مطابق 6 مسلح ڈاکو واردات کے لیے گھر میں داخل ہوئے، جن میں سے 2 پولیس یونیفارم میں ملبوس تھے۔ ڈاکوؤں کی آہٹ سن کر وہ کمرے سے باہر آئے تو دوسرے کمرے سے ان کا بیٹا بھی باہر آگیا۔
والد کے مطابق ملزمان نے اچانک فائرنگ کردی، جس کے نتیجے میں روشم کے سینے میں گولی لگی اور وہ موقع پر ہی دم توڑ گیا۔
مقتول کے والد کا کہنا ہے کہ گزشتہ 20 سے 25 روز سے علاقے میں پولیس یونیفارم میں ملبوس ملزمان وارداتیں کر رہے ہیں اور پولیس کو علاقے میں ہونے والی وارداتوں سے آگاہ بھی کیا گیا تھا۔
والد نے اعلیٰ حکام سے ملزمان کی فوری گرفتاری کا مطالبہ کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ ملزمان کی گرفتاری تک بچے کی تدفین نہیں کی جائے گی۔ ان کے مطابق مقتول کی لاش کے ہمراہ نیو ناظم آباد کے باہر احتجاج کیا جائے گا، اور اگر پھر بھی ملزمان گرفتار نہ ہوئے تو بلاول ہاؤس کے باہر لاش کے ہمراہ احتجاج کیا جائے گا۔
A 15-year-old boy was shot dead during a robbery at a house in Mehran City, near the Manghopir Ijtema Gah area of Karachi.
The deceased was identified as Rosham, a Matric student and position holder. He was the only brother of eight sisters.
According to the victim’s father, six armed robbers entered the house, two of whom were wearing police uniforms. After hearing the robbers, the father came out of his room, while his son also came out from another room.
The father said the suspects suddenly opened fire, and a bullet struck Rosham in the chest. He died at the scene.
The victim’s father claimed that suspects wearing police uniforms had been carrying out robberies in the area for the past 20 to 25 days, and police had already been informed about the incidents.
He appealed to senior authorities for the immediate arrest of the suspects and announced that the family would not bury Rosham until the accused are arrested.
The family also announced a protest outside New Nazimabad with the victim’s body. The father warned that if the suspects were still not arrested, they would stage a protest outside Bilawal House with the body.
