قافلہ ہوگا رواں قافلہ سالار کے ساتھ

رہ گئے منزل سدرہ پہ پہنچ کر جبریل
چل نہیں سکتا فرشتہ تری رفتار کے ساتھ

یہ تو طیبہ کی محبت کا اثر ہے ورنہ
کون روتا ہے لپٹ کر در و دیوار کے ساتھ

اے خدا دی ہے اگر نعتِ نبی کی توفیق
حسنِ کردار بھی دے لذت گفتار کے ساتھ

پل سے مجھ سا بھی گنہگار گزر جائے گا
ہوگی سرکار کی رحمت جو گنہگار کے ساتھ

رات دن بھیج سلام ان پہ ملائک کی طرح
پڑھ درود ان پہ غلامانِ وفادار کے ساتھ

دیکھ اے معترض نعتِ رسول عربی
قرب حساں کو ملا تھا انہی اشعار کے ساتھ

سب عطائیں ہیں خدا کی میرے مولیٰ کے طفیل
ورنہ یہ لطف و کرم مجھ سے گنہگار کے ساتھ

ہم بھی مظہرؔ سے سنیں گے کوئی نعت رنگیں
گر ملاقات ہوئی شاعرِ دربار کے ساتھ
