Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Queless, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our CEO's effectiveness by providing comprehensive support on both personal and professional fronts. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO, understanding their needs and preferences while contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's personal calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Arrange and coordinate personal events, including family gatherings, vacations, and special occasions.
- Handle personal correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Assist with personal shopping, errands, and other ad-hoc personal tasks.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling personal matters.

Professional Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's professional calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring efficient responses.
- Assist in the planning and ex*****on of business-related events and meetings.
- Collaborate with other department heads and executives to streamline communication and projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to a high-level executive.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle evolving responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
