The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) designated approximately 40 shoreline buildings as extremely hazardous, stating that the task of evacuating from these hazardous buildings will be completed by Monday (today).

The Director-General of SBCA mentioned that a rain emergency control room has been established at the SBCA office, while the officers and staffers have been put on high alert in all divisions of Karachi.

The SBCA authorities have requested the citizens of Karachi not to park their vehicles near these hazardous buildings.
