A true leader must possess حکمت (wisdom), فہم (understanding), and strategic thinking, along with the ability to navigate tough situations. Without these, even the most virtuous intentions may fail.

We've seen great examples in history where individuals with pure intentions fell short because they lacked the صلاحیتیں (skills) to handle the complexities of leadership. Leadership requires more than just goodness—it requires the طاقتn(strength) and دور اندیشی (foresight) to lead with both heart and mind."

Unfortunately, I see many people trapped within these walls, living only for their own gains, ignoring the needs of others. This narrow vision not only deprives them of inner peace but also distances them from the mercy of Allah. Allah’s blessings flow abundantly toward those who think beyond themselves, who align with His divine plan of spreading goodness. True fulfillment, after all, lies not in selfish pursuits but in selflessness.

پاکستان میں اکثر ایسا کیوں ہوتا ہے کہ ہنر مند اور محنتی لوگ پیچھے رہ جاتے ہیں، جبکہ وہ لوگ آگے آجاتے ہیں جن کے پاس نہ کوئی صلاحیت ہوتی ہے اور نہ کوئی وژن؟
