Here's what you need to know about this year's adjustments to Amazon's fees:

1) Storage Fees for Oversize Items (by weeks stored):
22 β 28 weeks: $0.23 per cubic foot
28 β 36 weeks: $0.46 per cubic foot
36 β 44 weeks: $0.63 per cubic foot
44 β 52 weeks: $0.76 per cubic foot
52+ weeks: $1.26 per cubic foot
4) Returns Processing Fees:
Now range from $1.65 to $1.78 per return,
varying by category, up from a previous variable rate.
5) Aged Inventory Surcharge:
Now changes based on time:
271 - 365 days: increased fees
365+ days: $6.90 per cubic foot or $0.15 per unit.

1) Fulfillment Fees for Standard-Size Products
Reduced by $0.20 per unit.
2) Fulfillment Fees for Oversize Products
Reduced by $0.61 per unit.
3) Referral Fees
For apparel products under $15, reduced from 17% to 5%.
4) Monthly Storage Fees (Jan-Sep):
Reduced for standard-size products to $0.78 per cubic foot.

For standard-size items: $0.27 per unit;
For large bulky items: by $1.58 per unit.
