The righteous individuals of Allah work for the betterment of humanity, yet they themselves remain firm in the face of adversity solely by the will and command of Allah. Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) had the power to alter the course of events in Karbala, yet he chose to submit to the divine will of Allah.
