Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has departed for China on a four-day official visit aimed at strengthening development cooperation and exploring new opportunities for mutual collaboration.
During her visit, CM Maryam is expected to hold important meetings with Chinese officials and representatives to discuss areas of shared interest. The talks are likely to focus on development, investment, infrastructure, agriculture, urban planning, technology, public services and economic cooperation.
The visit reflects the importance Pakistan places on its long-standing friendship with China and the desire to further expand practical cooperation at the provincial level.
Punjab can benefit from China’s experience in modern infrastructure, transportation, agriculture, industrial development and digital transformation.
