Men Cry Too.
And They Shouldn't Have to Hide It.

It’s Men’s Health Month—but this isn’t your regular 42-slide deck.

This one’s for you.
For your mind, your peace, your health.

From a young age, men are taught to be strong.
To protect.
To provide.
But rarely to feel.
Rarely to speak.

Behind the silence, many are silently suffering.

💔 1 man dies by su***de every minute.
😞 Emotional pain often hides behind anger, isolation, or hustle.
🗣️ Therapy isn’t weakness. Talking saves lives.

It’s time to normalize:
✅ Emotions
✅ Conversations
✅ Care—for men, too.

Because lifting weights is cool...
But lifting emotional pain alone?
That’s not strength—that’s silent suffering.

Let’s be there. Let’s listen. Let’s change the narrative.

🔁 Repost. Share. Speak up.

Because men cry too. And they shouldn’t have to do it in the dark.

"‘Acha hua mar gayi’ — really? Is this what we’ve become as a nation?

A 17-year-old girl was murdered, and instead of mourning, many of you are celebrating it because she was a TikToker? Are we now deciding who deserves to live or die based on how someone chooses to express themselves online?

We don’t know the full story. We don’t know the exact reason. But does that even matter right now? An innocent girl lost her life. And what are we doing? Many people are busy celebrating her death online just because she was a TikToker or an influencer.

She wasn’t just a content creator — she was someone’s daughter, someone’s friend, someone’s entire world. A teenager with dreams, laughter, and a future ahead of her. And instead of mourning this tragic loss, some are mocking, ridiculing, and even rejoicing.

This isn’t just about one girl. This is about where we are as a society. About how quick we are to judge, to shame, to dehumanize — especially women who choose to live openly and express themselves.

Influencer or not, no one deserves this. No one deserves to be taken away like this. And certainly, no one deserves to have their death turned into a joke.

Disagree with her lifestyle? Fine. But celebrating her death shows more about you than it ever did about her.

What we saw on the streets of Karachi was not just a road accident — it was a public display of power, privilege, and violence.

Salman Farooqi, CEO of Bionic Films — a name associated with storytelling, activism, and “progressive” narratives — was caught on video physically assaulting a boy after a minor accident.

But the most heartbreaking part?
A young girl — possibly the boy’s sister — stood there, trembling and crying, begging him to stop.
Her voice cracked as she said, “Sorry sir, sorry…”
Not once. Not twice. Repeatedly.
Trying to protect her brother. Trying to protect dignity.
And still, she was ignored.
Where was the humanity?
And tomorrow, Salman Farooqi will go back to making content on women’s rights, on gender-based violence, on moral justice — because it sells.

Because awards come easier when you “stand” for the oppressed in front of a camera, even if you oppress them behind it.
Khud hi judge, khud hi prosecutor, khud hi law.

This is the reality we live in — where status protects violence, and empathy becomes a performance.
Ask yourself:
If that girl was your sister, and that boy was your son, would this still be “just an incident”?
This is not about politics. It’s not about fame.
It’s about what we tolerate, and who we let get away with it.

Mr. Salman we saw your true story — unfiltered, unrehearsed, and unjust.
