Here’s the hard truth: Your audience isn’t in a straight line. They’re not going to jump from awareness straight to a purchase. So why do so many campaigns treat it like a one-step process?

The real key is segmentation and nurturing the audience through every phase of the journey. If you're not personalized, if you're not engaging across multiple touchpoints, you're setting yourself up for failure.
Don’t waste your budget on cold leads without building the foundation first. You need to understand where your customers are and guide them accordingly.
