Conclusion of Youth Leadership Program for Sustainability 2024

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the participants, mentors, speakers, coordinators, and management of Thinkers Tribe, as we conclude the Youth Leadership Program for Sustainability by Thinkers Tribe.

This journey has been truly transformative. Over the course of the program, we’ve learned not only the principles of sustainability but also the importance of leadership, collaboration, and innovative thinking in tackling some of the most pressing challenges of our time.

To our mentors and guest speakers, thank you for sharing your expertise and experiences. Your insights have enriched our learning and motivated young leaders to strive for excellence in driving sustainable change.

Webinar on SDG-2, Zero Hunger Organized by Thinkers Tribe

On 21st August 2024, Thinkers Tribe successfully organized a highly insightful and engaging webinar focused on Sustainable Development Goal 2 (SDG-2) – Zero Hunger, as a part of "Youth Leadership Program for Sustainability".

The webinar aimed to shed light on the challenges, opportunities, and strategies related to achieving zero hunger by 2030. The session was led by Ms. Kanwal Gul, a PhD candidate at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Italy. Her area of research is sustainable and resilient food systems.

Ms. Gul provided a comprehensive overview of the current global hunger situation, emphasizing the importance of sustainable agriculture, food security, and nutrition. She discussed the multifaceted causes of hunger, including poverty, inequality, and climate change, and how these issues are interconnected. She shared the insights of her research on Food Waste Management and sustainable consumption behaviors.

Ms. Gul concluded the webinar by urging participants to take proactive steps towards achieving zero hunger. She emphasized that every individual has a role to play, whether through advocacy, education, or personal choices related to food consumption and waste.

Thinkers Tribe organized Insightful Panel Discussion on Career Development at the Shaikh Ayaz University Shikarpur

Thinkers Tribe, a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering youth for societal development organized a panel discussion on "Creating Your Career: Opportunities and Challenges", at the Shaikh Ayaz University Shikarpur on May 22 2024.

This panel discussion aimed to provide the final year students of different departments with valuable insights into navigating their career paths amidst the evolving job market. Attendees had the opportunity to learn from esteemed experts in various fields who shared their experiences, challenges, and strategies for success.
