These KFC-Style Popcorn Chicken Bites Are So Crispy, You’ll Want Them Every Day! 😍🔥

Ingredients:
500g Chicken Breast, bite-sized
2 Cups (≈240g) All-Purpose Flour
½ Cup (≈60g) Cornflour
2 tsp Chili Powder (adjust to taste)
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs, beaten
Oil for Deep Frying

How to Make:

Spice Up the Chicken:
Toss chicken bites with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Let it rest 20–30 mins.

Get the Crunch:
Mix flour + cornflour. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat well with flour mix.

Fry ‘Em Up:
Heat oil on medium. Fry chicken in batches until golden, extra crispy (6–7 mins). Drain on paper towels.

Creamy Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 cup milk (240 ml)
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (120 g)
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
1. In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Add flour and whisk for about 1 minute until a smooth paste forms.

3. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously so no lumps form.

4. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.

5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until completely melted.

6. Mix in salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

7. Cook another 1 minute until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

8. Pour hot over fries, nachos, burgers, or sandwiches.

🔥 These Baked Chicken Tacos are loaded with cheesy chicken and baked until perfectly melty… one bite and you’ll want them every week!

📝 Ingredients

• Small Flour Tortillas – 10–12
• Shredded Chicken – 2 cups (300g)
• Cheddar Cheese, shredded – 1½ cups (150g)
• Mozzarella Cheese, shredded – 1 cup (100g)
• Onion, finely chopped – 3 tbsp (45g)
• Garlic, minced – 1 tbsp (10g)
• Taco Seasoning – 2 tbsp (16g)
• Tomato Sauce or Salsa – 4 tbsp (60g)
• Olive Oil – 1 tbsp (15ml)
• Red Chili Flakes – ½ tsp (2g)
• Black Pepper – ½ tsp (2g)
• Salt – ½ tsp (3g)
• Fresh Parsley or Cilantro (for garnish) – 1 tbsp (5g)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add shredded chicken, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until well combined.
4️⃣ Lightly warm the small tortillas so they fold easily.
5️⃣ Add the chicken mixture and some cheese inside each tortilla, then fold like tacos.
6️⃣ Arrange them tightly in a rectangular baking dish so they stand upright.
7️⃣ Sprinkle remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top and add chili flakes.
8️⃣ Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges of tortillas become slightly crispy.
9️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve hot.

Juicy chicken cubes coated in a rich, creamy, cheesy marinade and grilled until slightly charred and smoky. Perfectly soft, flavorful, and great for dinner or party platters!

Ingredients

• Boneless chicken – 500 g
• Yogurt – 3 tbsp (45 g)
• Cream cheese – 3 tbsp (60 g)
• Mozzarella cheese, shredded – ½ cup (50 g)
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp (15 g)
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
• Red chili powder – 1 tsp (3 g)
• Black pepper – ½ tsp (1 g)
• Salt – 1 tsp (6 g)
• Garam masala – 1 tsp (2 g)
• Cornflour – 1 tbsp (8 g)
• Oil or melted butter – 1 tbsp (15 ml)

Instructions

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, garam masala, cornflour, and oil until smooth.

2️⃣ Add chicken cubes and coat well with the cheesy marinade.

3️⃣ Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).

4️⃣ Thread chicken onto skewers or spread on a baking tray.

5️⃣ Grill, bake, or air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 15–18 minutes until cooked and lightly charred.

6️⃣ Brush lightly with melted butter and sprinkle a little extra mozzarella on top before serving.

Serve hot with naan, mint chutney, and lemon wedges.
