The Moist Walnut Banana Bread
Ingredients
All purpose flour 200gm
Salt 1/4 tspn
Baking soda 1/2 tspn
Baking powder 1tspn
Oil 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Eggs 2large
vanilla essence 1tspn
Ripped Banana 4large
Sugar 3/4 cup
mould 7inches
Preheat over for 15mins
Bake at 170°C for 45-50mins or until the Skewer becomes Clean.
