Women on Wheels - Empowerment in Motion
Providing women with opportunities to move freely, independently and confidently is an important step towards true empowerment. The Sindh Government’s initiative to provide free pink scooters to female students and working women is helping make mobility more accessible for those who are pursuing education, building careers and striving for a better future.
The initiative was launched in Karachi, followed by Sukkur and Hyderabad, and is now set to expand to Mirpurkhas, taking this opportunity to more women across Sindh.
For a student, a scooter can mean easier access to education. For a working woman, it can mean greater independence, better mobility and more control over her daily journey.
When women can move forward independently, they can move their families, communities and society forward with them.
Women on Wheels are the real empowerment.

جہاں ہر سال 11 لاکھ سے زائد بچے علاج اور طبی سہولیات سے مستفید ہوکر صحت یاب ہو کر اپنے گھروں کو لوٹتے ہیں۔

دل کی بیماری کسی بھی خاندان کے لیے ایک بڑا امتحان ہوتی ہے، لیکن سندھ حکومت نے اس امتحان کو آسان بنانے کے لیے قومی ادارۂ امراضِ قلب (NICVD) کو ایسی عالمی معیار کی سہولیات سے آراستہ کیا ہے جہاں لاکھوں مریضوں کو مفت اور معیاری علاج فراہم کیا جا رہا ہے۔ جدید انجیوگرافی، انجیوپلاسٹی، اوپن ہارٹ سرجری، ایمرجنسی کارڈیک کیئر اور بچوں کے دل کے علاج سمیت ہر اہم سہولت بلا امتیاز عوام کی دسترس میں ہے۔ یہ صرف ایک اسپتال نہیں بلکہ عوامی خدمت، جدید صحت کی سہولیات اور ہر شہری کے علاج کے حق سے سندھ حکومت کے عملی عزم کی روشن مثال ہے۔ ❤️

حقائق بتاتے ہیں کہ سندھ حکومت نے صرف کراچی میں 2008 سے اب تک 3500 کلومیٹر سے زائد سڑکیں تعمیر یا بحال کی ہیں۔ شارعِ بھٹو، کورنگی کاز وے، حسن اسکوائر تا سہراب گوٹھ، لیاری ایکسپریس وے، یونیورسٹی روڈ سمیت مختلف منصوبے مکمل یا جاری ہیں، جبکہ CLICK منصوبے کے تحت 400 سے زائد اندرونی سڑکوں پر انٹرلاکنگ ٹائلز بھی لگائی گئی ہیں۔
