On 14th August , the true vision of the Quid was mocked again in my country like never ever where state servants of this indebted and struggling nation, who r already filled with state medals like never before for their merely ordinary responsibilities ,have now started showing off their right of authority on the public ceremonial celebration of this 14th August which is unparalleled after independence in this country and acting like colonial era masters driving public funded buggies passing through masses to please their monarch taste.However, to remind us as civil servants, the real vision of Quid was perhaps:- True leadership is not about power or rank- it's about service, vision, and accountability. As we grow in our careers, we must realize that we are not being given authority to control others, but to empower them. The higher we rise, the more humble we must become,because the real leadership is about creating more leaders,and more equals ,not more followers and more subdued ones .
