You don’t always have to click a suspicious link to become a victim.

A Zero-Click Attack can exploit vulnerabilities in messaging applications and potentially compromise a device without the victim interacting with a malicious message.

📱 Why you should care:
• Keep WhatsApp and your phone’s operating system updated
• Enable Two-Step Verification
• Review your linked devices regularly
• Never share your WhatsApp verification code
• Use a strong device passcode and biometric protection
• Be alert to unusual device behaviour

⚠️ Important: Older software versions can be particularly vulnerable to known security flaws. If your iPhone is running iOS 16 or iOS 16.7.12, update to the latest supported security version as soon as possible.
