Some people are born with advantages.
*Farman Baig was born with a challenge.*

As a child, polio took away the ease of walking. But it could not touch his hunger to learn. While many saw limitations, Farman saw a reason to work twice as hard. He went to school on crutches, with books in his hands and fire in his eyes. He didn’t ask for sympathy. He earned respect – *passing every grade with distinction, with a smile that never left his face.*

That same determination took him to *Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro* – one of Pakistan’s top engineering institutes. There, he didn’t just survive. He thrived. He graduated as a *Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications*, proving that a wheelchair cannot hold back a soaring mind.

The industry noticed. Farman built a strong *corporate career as a BSS Engineer with Telenor* and other leading private firms. He mastered complex systems, solved real-world problems, and earned his place purely on skill and merit. He had achieved what many only dream of.

*But Farman’s story was never about himself.*

12 years ago, he made a decision that defines a true hero. He left the comfort of the corporate world and walked into classrooms. Because he understood something most people miss: *Degrees open doors, but teachers open futures.*

For over a decade, he has been a light in Pakistan’s education sector. Today, as a *dedicated Government Teacher*, he stands before students every single day – not just to teach equations and circuits, but to teach courage.
