A Pakistani startup paid ₨4,00,000
for a WordPress plugin that didn't work.

I made a pricing mistake that cost me thousands.

I was charging ₨45,000 for a WordPress plugin
that saved a client ₨3,40,000 in losses.

Math didn't add up. At all.

Here's the pricing framework I use now:

Step 1: Find the client's pain cost
Step 2: Calculate monthly value of fix
Step 3: Price = 1-3x monthly value

Simple. Fair. Profitable.

3 revisions. Still mediocre.

ChatGPT rewrote it in 47 seconds.

Here's the exact prompt I used:

What came back surprised me.

Not because it was perfect.
Because it showed me exactly where
my writing was weak.

AI isn't replacing writers.
It's showing writers where they're lazy.

I've been in digital marketing for 6 years.

Day 3: 4 likes. Wanted to quit.

Day 26: Second DM. This one converted.
Day 30: You're reading this.

The algorithm didn't reward consistency.
The clients did.

Here's everything I learned post by post:

30 days. 30 posts. One month of showing up.

I want to be honest about what happened.

Some posts got great engagement.
Some got almost nothing.

Some days writing felt easy.
Some days I stared at a blank screen for 20 minutes.

But I showed up. Every day.

And here's what I learned from 30 days of consistent posting:

The algorithm doesn't reward perfection.
It rewards consistency.

The posts I thought would flop sometimes performed best.
The ones I was proud of sometimes got 5 likes.

That taught me to let go of control.
