After diagnosing 30+ WooCommerce stores, I noticed the same 4 problems again and again.

1️⃣ Checkout Friction
• Forced account creation
• Too many checkout fields
• No guest checkout

**Fix:** Enable guest checkout and keep only essential fields.

**2️⃣ Payment Gateway Mismatch**
• International gateways only? Local customers struggle to pay.
• Local gateways only? International customers can't complete purchases.

**Fix:** Offer both. For example, **Stripe/PayPal** for global buyers and **JazzCash/Easypaisa** for customers in Pakistan.

**3️⃣ Missing Trust Signals**
• No customer reviews
• No refund policy
• No security badges

**Fix:** Build trust before scaling your marketing. Even 10 genuine reviews can make a significant difference.

**4️⃣ Slow Website Speed**
