The acquisition of Twitter by billionaire Elon Musk, subsequently renamed X, has garnered widespread attention. The CEO of SpaceX and Tesla frequently engages with users on the platform, recently making headlines with his offer to donate $1 billion to Wikipedia if they changed their name to "Dickipedia" in the interest of accuracy.
Responding to a suggestion from a user encouraging the name change, Musk proposed a minimum one-year duration for the altered name, stating, "One year minimum. I mean, I'm not a fool lol."
In another post, Musk shared a screenshot of Wikipedia's homepage emphasizing that "Wikipedia is not for sale" and featured a "personal appeal" from Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales. Musk pondered the purpose of the Wikimedia Foundation's substantial monetary requests, considering that the entire Wikipedia content can fit on a mobile device.
Musk later requested the addition of a cow and a p**p emoji to his Wikipedia page. The post has garnered significant attention, with many users cautioning about Wikipedia's donation requests and others suggesting the integration of AI for autonomous updates.
