Firstly, students should apply to universities. Once the dates for regional scholarships in Italy are announced, they must apply separately for these scholarships. If awarded a scholarship, students will receive a full tuition fee waiver along with a stipend. Regarding the stipend, it will be disbursed upon arrival in Italy after attesting and submitting the required documents.
