The ceremony marked the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two publishing companies, which solidified their new strategic partnership.
The event took place in a professional setting, in the conference hall, Lahore.Key executives and representatives from each company, including CEOs and senior Colleagues were present, along with members of the press and other invited guests.
Proceedings began with opening remarks delivered by a senior representative from the host company. This individual welcomed attendees and briefly outlined the shared vision and objectives that led to this collaboration.
Following this, the respective CEOs and their designated signatories gave short speeches. They spoke of mutual respect for each other’s publishing histories, the potential the partnership held for future literary endeavors, and how this alliance would benefit authors and readers alike.
The highlight of the ceremony was the actual signing of the documents. The two main signatories sat at a central table, pens in hand, and carefully reviewed and then signed the official copies of the MOU.
