کمیونسٹ نظریات کے حامل روس سے متاثر شاعر سمیع القاسم نے اپنی ایک نظم ’’وطن عربی کے نقشے پر خون کے چند چھینٹے، کے ایک حصے میں یوں بیان کیا ہے اور اسے میں نے ’’نژادِنو‘‘ کے ضمنی عنوان سے یوں اردو میں ڈھالا تھا کہ:
’’ایک دن ان لہو میں نہائے ہوئے
بازوئوں میں نئے بال و پر آئیں گے
وقت کے ساتھ سب گھائو بھر جائیں گے
ان فضائوں میں پھر اس پرندے کے نغمے
بکھر جائیں گے
جوگرفتِ خزاں سے پرے رہ گیا
اور جاتے ہوئے سرخ پھولوں کے کانوں میں یہ کہہ گیا
ایک لمحہ ہو یا اک صدی دوستو!
مجھے کو ٹوٹے ہوئے ان پروں کی قسم!
اس چمن کی بہاریں میں لوٹائوں گا
فاصلوں کی فصلیں گراتا ہوا، میں ضرور آئوں گا‘‘
یہ وہ خیالات ہیں جو فلسطینی مزاحمتی تحریک، یاسر عرفات کی ’’الفتح‘‘ اور محمود درویش، نزار قبانی، فدویٰ طوقان، نازک الملائکہ، سمیع القاسم اور عبدالوہاب البیاتی جیسے شعلہ بیان شاعروں کی معرفت نہ صرف پوری دنیا میں پھیلے بل کہ کئی اور زبانوں کے شاعروں نے بھی حریت، مزاحمت، آزادی اور انسانی حقوق کے حوالے سے انھیں موضوعِ سخن بنایا۔
