So a divine function can only be executed through 'Divine Teachings and Law', which are to me, Quran, and Sunnah. This is the only doctrine that leads humanity towards a prosperous society.

"Any law, or any custom or usage, which is repugnant to the injunctions of Islam, as laid down in the Holy Quran and Sunnah, shall, to the extent of such repugnancy, be void."

(1) No action detrimental to the life, liberty, body, reputation or property of any person shall be taken except in accordance with law.

(2) No person shall be arrested or detained in custody except in accordance with law.

(3) No person shall be subjected to torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment.

(4) Every person shall have the right to a fair trial and due process of law.
