Today i received this patient with this story 😅😅 He was a bean seller and used to eat beans during selling. He vomited and called his vomitus ‘khoon ki ulti’ 😓 but he was alright and no finding on examination and had a bogus history. But check out his confidence. I prescribed him medication then he came back after 20 minutes and asked my staff “ dr sahib ne to khoon ki ulti ki dwai ni likhi “. 😅
