Have you heard any myths about retinol/ retinoids?
Well I come across 100’s of myths everyday in our practice, related to this powerhouse ingredient. So thought why not discuss this with you too !
My day cream is with retinol and ceramides so yes you can use it at day time too if you have an effective formula for sun protection.
You need a powerful combination of ingredients to make retinol more effective. Not all retinol/ retinoids are same ,you need to know your skin first before you choose which one is good for you.
