We call upon the authorities to take immediate action, bring the perpetrator to justice without delay, and ensure strict punishment according to the law.
Justice should not stop at arresting the culprit alone. Any negligence, security failure or lack of responsibility by those entrusted with ensuring safety must also Investigated and addressed. Accountability at every level is essential to prevent such Incidents from happening again.
* We request the government and relevant authorities to ensure that Dr Mahnoor and her family receive complete support and every possible facility during this time and future - whether medical, financial, legal or psychological. All necessary resources should be made available without delay, and it must be ensured that there is no compromise in her treatment, recovery, care or well being at any stage.
