We are looking for a qualified and highly talented Quality Compliance Section Head to join our quality team.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Lead and oversee the site’s quality compliance function, ensuring full adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure effective implementation of policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training across departments.
3. Lead internal audit programs and risk-based compliance assessments; ensure timely ex*****on of gap analyses and follow-up on remediation plans.
4. Serve as the responsible party during external audits and regulatory inspections; ensure readiness and proper documentation across all departments.
5. Monitor and communicate changes in global regulations, proactively advising stakeholders on the impact to business operations.
6. Lead initiatives to strengthen the organizational quality culture, promoting ethical conduct and compliance awareness at all levels.
7. System Owner for Change Control, in compliance with WHO, ISO & FDA or other applicable standards and in alignment with regulatory standards.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- A bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences is a must.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality systems, with a strong preference for experience in sterile manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of QMS elements, CAPA, Change Control, Risk Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication, skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with different dosage forms and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
