I screenshot this from the livestream and so glad I caught the moment perfectly.
President Trump is not perfect and doesn’t pretend to be, but the love in his heart for Charlie and Erika shows on his face.
I’d rather have a President that stands for Jesus even if he does deal with “character flaws” than one with no heart for the Lord whatsoever.

At the same time, let this sorrow stir something in our hearts:
• Let us choose love over hatred.
• Let us strive for peace in how we relate to one another—even across divides.
• Let us use whatever platform we have for truth, for compassion, for justice.

We pray that Charlie Kirk’s passing becomes a reminder not only of what is lost, but of what can still be gained by living with integrity, courage, and purpose.

Today we thank God for our homeland, Pakistan, and pray for peace, justice, and unity for all. While our Christian community continues to face challenges such as discrimination, limited job opportunities, and threats to worship freely, we hold onto our faith and the hope that one day every citizen will truly walk with equal dignity and rights.
