Warning: SadaPay/SadaBiz is a fraudulent company
I am writing to warn other freelancers about SadaPay /SadaBiz a fraudulent company that targets freelancers from Pakistan. I recently used SadaBiz to accept a payment from a client, and I have had a terrible experience.
First of all, SadaBiz takes 3-4 days to process payments. Once the payment was processed, SadaBiz changed the status to "hold" and asked for clarification. I provided them with all the requested information, including:
* Client details
* Chat history
* My company incorporation certificate
* My NTN
* Company NTN
* Website portfolio link
After 2 working days, SadaBiz asked me how I know that the website portfolio is mine. The number on the contact us page is the same number registered with SadaBiz. To satisfy them, I put my number header before the logo on my website.
SadaBiz then asked me to wait for 1 more day. After that day passed, they asked me that the dispute would be resolved on Monday. Today is Sunday, and before Monday, I opened my account to find that it had been banned without any prior notice, no call, no message, no email notice, and no response in the disputed chat. The dispute amount was $1,800. My client has paid the amount, but I have not received it, and my client has not received a refund.
I have tried to contact SadaPay support via email, chat, and helpline. They do not have a phone number, so I don't understand why they have a helpline. They are not responding to my emails or chat messages.
I am very concerned about this situation, and I am warning other freelancers to avoid using SadaPay/SadaBiz. I am not sure what to do next, but I am considering filing a complaint with the authorities.
