Dahi Bally Very Simple Way To Making 's a recipe script for Dahi Ballay:
Ingredients:

1 cup urad dal

1 cup moong dal

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp salt

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 cups yogurt

1/2 cup tamarind chutney

1/2 cup mint chutney

Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

Soak urad dal and moong dal in water for at least 4-5 hours. Drain the water and grind the dals into a smooth paste.

Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder to the dal paste and mix well.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat. Take a spoonful of the dal mixture and drop it in the oil. Fry until the balls turn golden brown.

Remove the fried balls from the oil and let them cool for a few minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.

To serve, place the fried dal balls on a plate and pour the yogurt on top. Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint chutney over the yogurt. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve chilled.

Ingredients:

2 cups of basmati rice
4 cups of water
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 large onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander
Salt, to taste
Instructions:

Rinse the rice in a fine mesh strainer under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain the rice and set it aside.

In a large pot over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and heat it for a minute. Add the diced onions and sauté until they become soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté for another minute.

Add the curry powder, turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, and coriander to the pot and stir everything together. Cook the spices for about a minute, or until fragrant.

Add the rinsed rice to the pot and stir everything together until the rice is coated with the spice mixture.

Add the water and salt to the pot and bring everything to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid. Let the rice simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until the water has been absorbed and the rice is tender.

Once the rice is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, covered.

After the resting period, fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot with your favorite curry or any other side dish.

Machli Ka Salan | Fish Curry very simple Recipe

Hi there! Today we're going to learn how to make a delicious fish curry.

[Cut to ingredients laid out on a countertop]

Narrator: Here's what you'll need:

1 lb of fish (you can use any firm, white fish like cod, haddock or tilapia)
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 inch of ginger, grated
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of ground coriander
1 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 cup of water
Fresh cilantro for garnish
[Cut to a frying pan on a stove]

Narrator: Start by heating up your frying pan over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and let it heat up.

[Cut to the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger being added to the pan]

Narrator: Once the oil is hot, add in your chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for a few minutes until the onions are translucent.

[Cut to the chopped tomatoes being added to the pan]

Narrator: Next, add in your chopped tomatoes and stir until everything is well combined.

[Cut to a bowl with the spices being mixed together]

Narrator: In a separate bowl, mix together your ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, paprika, and salt.

Narrator: Add your spice mixture to the pan and stir everything together. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes until it becomes fragrant.

Narrator: Now it's time to add the fish. Place the fish into the pan and gently stir it around to coat it in the sauce.
