A rare 360-degree rainbow appeared beneath China's Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge, the world's highest bridge, during a water-curtain show. The bridge stands about 625 metres above the river in Guizhou province, creating a dramatic setting for the unusual sight.
​The rainbow formed when sunlight passed through the fine mist created by cascading water. Because of the bridge's great height and the open space beneath it, the normally hidden lower part of the rainbow could also be seen, making it appear as a complete circle.

Jets Fly Just Feet Over Packed Stadium 😱
Two Airlink Embraer jets stunned a packed Cape Town stadium on August 29 with a dramatic formation flypast before the Springboks–All Blacks Test. Flight-tracking data suggested the aircraft passed just 12–14 metres (41–46 feet) above the roof. 😱
Airlink said the flypast was planned, rehearsed and officially approved, with both jets flying within authorized limits. No accident occurred, but the shocking footage has sparked a heated online debate over how close is too close.

Russia conducted a combat-training launch of a mobile, solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in northern Russia on August 28. The missile traveled more than 6,700 km across the country before reaching the Kura test range in Kamchatka.
