سکیورٹیز اینڈ ایکسچینج کمیشن آف پاکستان نے کمپنی لا کی کمپلائنس میں ایس ای سی پی کو سالانہ آڈٹ شدہ اکاؤنٹس اور سالانہ ریٹرنز جمع نہ کروانے اور سالانہ جنرل اجلاس منعقد نہ کرنے پر 41 سرکاری ملکیتی کمپنیوں کو شوکاز نوٹس جاری کر دیے ہیں۔ شوکاز نوٹس پر قانونی کارروائی کے لیے کمپنیوں کو ہیرنگ کے لیے سماعتیں بھی مقرر کر دی گئیں ہیں۔
