Google, along with scientists from Saarland University in Germany, is working on a cool project called SkinMarks. It's a special temporary tattoo that turns your skin into a touchpad! They started this amazing project in 2017 to make using electronic devices more natural and fun, just like tapping and swiping on your phone.

The SkinMarks tattoos are made using special ink and printing technology. They have sensors that can sense when you squeeze or bend your fingers. These tattoos can be applied to curved areas of your body, like your knuckles, and they stay in shape when heated.

This breakthrough in wearable technology is thin, flexible, and comfortable on your skin. It's like having a touch-sensitive surface right on your body! This new way of interacting with technology opens up exciting possibilities for the future.

Google is always pushing the boundaries of how we interact with computers, and this project shows their commitment to making technology a seamless part of our daily lives.

"China has shown its commitment to renewable energy by building a S𝐨π₯𝐚𝐫 π…πšπ«π¦ π’π‘πšπ©πžπ π₯𝐒𝐀𝐞 𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 on a 250-acre piece of land. This project, undertaken by Panda Green Energy, is a way for China to promote its leadership in renewable energy. The solar farm, which started in Datong, China, uses special dark and light cells to look like a giant panda. It's a creative idea that can replace the use of 1 million tons of coal over 25 years, showing China's progress in improving its energy systems.

This panda-shaped solar farm is just the beginning of a bigger plan. China aims to have 100 panda-themed solar plants across China and Asia in the future. This plan is part of China's larger Belt and Road Initiative, which aims to invest a lot of money in infrastructure development along the historic Silk Road route. Led by Xi Jinping's foreign policy, China plans to invest around $150 billion each year in 68 countries participating in this initiative. This will solidify China's important role in shaping the energy and economic future of the region."

Google announced that Android phone users should expect to get unknown tracker alerts like iPhone users get when there is a tracker they don't know about near them.
The technology has already been a tool for iPhone users, who are alerted when a device like an Apple AirTag is tracking them.
The move is a product of cooperative work done between Google and Apple and was announced at at 2023 Google conference. While the alerts will work only with AirTags at first, there are talks with other tracker companies like Tile and Chipolo to widen the field on which trackers will also be included.
Google said in a press release that users will be able to tap on the notification and learn more about the tracker and view it on a map. There will also be a feature to select "play sound" to make the tracker play a noise so users can find it.
Google said there will also be a manual scan feature to allow users to press a button and scan their surroundings for trackers even before they receive any notifications.
New find my device features are also expected to be unveiled and available on Android by this summer, the company said.

The "Personal Data Protection Bill, 2023" has been approved by the Federal Cabinet, and it introduces strict penalties for violations related to personal data. Those found guilty of processing, disseminating, or disclosing personal data in violation of the bill's provisions could face fines of up to $2 million or an equivalent amount in Pakistani rupees. The bill aims to regulate the collection, processing, use, disclosure, and transfer of personal data, ensuring data privacy rights and protection for individuals.

To oversee the implementation of the act, the federal government will establish the National Commission for Personal Data Protection (NCPDP) of Pakistan within six months of the bill's commencement. The act is set to come into force within two years from its promulgation, and it lays out the guidelines and details for the usage of personal data by government, organizations, and individuals in a responsible and lawful manner. With the increasing digitization of economic, political, and social activities due to technological advancements and internet usage, the bill aims to create a framework that fosters trust online and ensures that the potential benefits of the digital economy can be fully utilized while safeguarding individuals' data, including providing additional protection for children's data. The legislation seeks to harmonize with global and regional data protection laws, aiming to find common ground and address areas of divergence in data protection approaches.

Automobile manufacturer Toyota has unveiled its plans to revolutionize the electric vehicle industry with a new battery technology. The company has simplified the production of solid-state batteries, which could be a game-changer, offering the potential to achieve an impressive 900 miles of driving range.

By 2025, Toyota aims to bring this advanced EV battery model to the market, extending the driving range by 20%. Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central) is building a train line that uses magnetic levitation, or "maglev," to reach speeds of up to 500 kilometers per hour. Rather than running on rails, maglev trains float using powerful magnets.
Scheduled to open in 2027, JR Central's Linear Chuo Shinkansen will connect Tokyo to Nagoya in about 40 minutes. That's less than half the time it takes Japan's current bullet trains, which travel at up to 320 kilometers per hour. The line will cost nearly $100 billion to build, with over 80 percent of it going through mountains.
JR Central has been testing maglev trains on a track near Mount Fuji since 1997. Tests can be seen at the Yamanashi Prefectural Maglev Exhibition Center, and more than 30,000 visitors have ridden test trains since 2014. A test train hit 603 kilometers per hour in 2015, setting a new world record.
Shanghai is home to the world's fastest commercial maglev, which reaches speeds of up to 431 kilometers per hour. During a test run in 2003, it hit a top speed of 501 kilometers per hour.
Japan's current bullet trains run on about 3,300 kilometers of track between Hokkaido and Kyushu. The first section opened just before the Tokyo Olympics in 1964, connecting Tokyo to Osaka in four hours.

For over 700 years, the Indian state of Bihar has been hosting a unique groom market where women and their families come to shop for husbands.
Every year, thousands of men gather under the Pipal trees in the local market area of Madhubani district, India’s Bihar state, and wait to be chosen by prospective brides. Called Saurath Mela or Sabhagachhi, the 9-day groom market was allegedly started by Raja Hari Singh of the Karnat dynasty over seven centuries ago to make it easier for women to find the right husband from a diverse group of men. Each groom is priced based on their capability, including their educational qualifications and family background.
